AUTUMN COLLAGEN JUICE

Enjoy the flavours of the season with our fresh juices made from local carrots, beets and celery. Who doesn't love the sensation of pure juice that captures the moment and the flavor of the season? And of course we have topped the juice with collagen, so you get a regular beauty bomb for both body and skin.

This is what you need

1 small or 1/2 large beetroot
2 large apples
2 stalks of celery
3 large carrots
1 lemon
About 1.5 cm ginger root
About 1.5 cm turmeric root
4 tbsp Collagen Gold
About 4 dl of water

Procedure

When using a juicer: Wash all ingredients thoroughly before juicing them out. Peel the lemon and squeeze all the lemon juice in the juicer. Adjust the amount of water to the desired consistency. When the juice is ready, pour it into a bottle with lid and add 4 measuring spoons of collagen powder when serving. Shake thoroughly to mix.

Using blender: Peel and wash beets, carrots and apples. Peel the small piece of ginger and the piece of turmeric.
Cut beets, carrots, apples and celeriac into appropriate pieces, and peel the lemon and remove any pips.
Ginger and turmeric are chopped into fine small pieces.
Combine all ingredients, excluding the collagen powder, in your blender.
Start the blender and blend all the ingredients until you get a smooth and fresh juice. Add approx. 4 dl water to the juice to dilute it, stop when you have the desired consistency.

Tip: Divide into four small bottles and store them in the fridge. It couldn't be easier to enjoy this fresh drink at home when the thirst comes.
